Cancellation Policies
- The guaranteed reservations that generate No Shows and are not cancelled by writing at least 48 hours before the arrival during low season and 15 days during high season will be charged with the value of the of the first night.
- This rates do not apply to groups, congresses and conventions.
Guarantees
- The reservations requested for High Season from December 16th 2007 to January 15th 2008, must be fully prepaid with the total value of the stay.
